This is tic tac toe with a difference! It's a single or two play numeric tic tac toe puzzle. You aim in this game is very much the same as traditional tic tac toe, except in this version instead of three zeros or crosses in a row, you have to get the numbers to add up to 15 either horizontally, vertically or diagonally. Achieve that and you've won!
