Just like in real life (!) this is best achieved by taking out your police firearm and slamming a bullet into your enemy's head! Oh, but again just like in real life, try not to kill any civilians unless you're working for the London Met Police and you can be reckless if you do or not coz you probably have ripped off your ID number and would be cleared by any subsequent enquiry in any event.
