Mobs Down is a good old street fighting game/streets of rage concept. The concept behind Mobs Down started several years ago. The son of a mob boss by the name of Tim Falcony was meeting with his half brother, Joseph Falcony. They both would inherit their father's company when he grew too old.

Arrogant and aggressive, both of them were constantly committing deeds even their father would consider evil. From mugging people they didn't like to beating people so badly that their bodies were too mutilated to be recognised. They were out of control. Their father, now 78, was finally bestowing his power to someone who would take his place as mob boss. Both Joseph and Tim were called down to his master room. Anxious, they waited nosily outside his door. Finally they went inside and waited for the inevitable to happen.

However their father said "I brought you down here for one thing." And he named a third person as the new mob boss. Tim, blind with rage, took out his pistol and shot his father in the head then the person his father had named as mob boss. The boys then swore to form the cruellest gang ever seen in the country.

Ten years later, the brother of the man named as the new mob boss then killed, promised he would rid the world of the evil that had taken the lives of hundreds, including his own brother. After years of training, he was finally ready to avenge the death of his brother. He is the last hope. You are that fighter!

In Mobs Down you have to fight through six levels of criminals and thugs with a boss at the end of each level. But beware, the bad guys come in all shapes and sizes, your one aim to clear up the mess and move on, level by level and avenge your brother's death by taking down the mobs.
