IQ, or intelligence quotient, is a measure of a person's intelligence as indicated by an intelligence test; the ratio of a person's mental age to their chronological age. An intelligence quotient of 100 is usually considered average, but don't be upset if you don't score that highly, nor consider yourself a genius if you score heavily more!
